Thank you for the superb prize !
Our family had a magnificent stay , and a fantastic
weekend – the Selbourne truly is an amazing place
and we were treated as VIP’s ! The staff were
splendid, meals were impressive and special thanks
to Lance Hurly – the Manager who went the extra
mile for us! Sincere thanks to Disney for the
incredible goodie bag as well, Kerina was thrilled
! We will definitely be visiting again

Orion Safari Lodge is one of the best hotels in
Southern Africa! Service, efficient professional
staff across the board, no matter which department
or What ever time of day or night. It starts with
the guys at the gate, followed by reception, maintenance,
housekeeping and the restaurant (waiters, waitrons,
chefs). Entire staff at Orion Safari Lodge understand
hospitality to the last letter with meticulous
attention to every last detail. Orion Safari Lodge
(131 Rooms), ideally located for business, corporate
or leisure travellers offers an overall travel/hospitality
packages including Conferencing, team building,
family holidays, weekend getaways with 20 executive
suites recently fully refurbished and wheel-chair
friendly. Cape Info SA stayed in room 216 for
four wonderful nights, whilst attending Nedbank
Golf Challenge (1 - 5 Dec 2011) at Sun City and
highly recommend Orion Safari Lodge.

Sir,
I am a travelling consultant engineer and when
time permits I like to play on the local golf
courses.
I was passing Euphoria Golf Estate the other day
and I decided to try and arrange a game of golf.
What I nice experience that was.
The reception at the pro shop was very friendly
and professional
The course itself was spotless with well kept
fairways.
But the greens need special mention – they are
exceptional well kept with a lot of hidden slopes
that makes it interesting to read.
I have enjoyed the round of golf and hope to return
soon.
Congratulations to the course manager for and
excellent golf course.

Hi Reshma
Thought you might appreciate some feedback on
our trip. We have been regular visitors to Katze
for a good number of years and I`m pleased to
say that this stay was by far the most pleasant
of them all. The service and general friendly
manner of the staff is commendable. Most improved
is the table and presentation of the food, together
with the fact that the food was properly prepared,
nicely displayed and efficiently served. We hope
that our future visits will live up to the standard
you have now set, especially considering the logistics
in getting to Katze. One request however is for
the repairs to pot holes on the road and the stopping
of the constant throwing of stones at the bikers,
mainly through the villages by young kids. Perhaps
a word with the Dept of Tourism might help. We
anticipate our next visit to be towards the end
of the year. Many thanks for your assistance and
organising. Much appreciated

Hi Kevin
It was a remarkable experience, the staff were friendly and was always willing to go beyond the call of duty. The staff and management was flexible and always tried to accommodate our various demands that were not planned. The overall environment was conducive to our requirements/standards. There was a good spread of food that catered for all the different race groups. We will most defiantly return and recommend this outstanding venue to others!

Good day
It is my pleasure to say that the weekend of 5 November with 200 pax of Old Mutual clients at Mount Aux Sources was a huge success. Thank you to all the staff who bent over backwards to accommodate the many requests and demands from the group and the organisers. I would really like to comment everyone from the front desk to the kitchen.
The food was excellent and well presented. The rooms were beautiful and the overall service was great. The front desk showed immense patience with all rooming changes and even the guide on the Sunday morning put his own flair into the weekend.
Thank you again and I hope to do more business with you in the near future.

I wanted to compliment you. I have recently had the pleasure of running a seminar at 1 of your hotels. Orion in rustenberg. Sefton Kramer was absolutely amazing from the word go. Nothing was to much for him and he created an amazing experience for our group.

Thanks for the efficient manner of response based on my visit and your kind welcome atmosphere of excellence.
This is a thank you letter to you personally and the staff at Selborne Hotel. A special “hullo” to Jessie.
We had a fantastic time although under a lot of pressure. Not sure if you were aware that we were working until almost 7pm at night. Totally exhausted. I needed to get rid of my stress, but could not even find time to enjoy the SPA. The food was fantastic we all looked forward to meal times. I think that is all that kept us inspired and energized.
It is a pity to stay at such a lovely place and do not get the time to enjoy the facilities nor explore the paths at the hotel. I will have to return to Selborne in my private capacity and time. There has been no complaints, just compliments. Well done to you and the staff at Selborne. I personally compliment you and the staff for making the time spent at Selborne an unforgettable experience and for going that extra mile.

would like to send my sincere thanks to the team
at Orion Mont aux sources for making my parent's
anniversary celebration so special. We felt well
looked after our entire stay. My husband and I
were at your hotel about 10 years ago and had
a fantastic experience then. We were kindly put
into all the refurbished rooms, for which I am
very grateful. (I am not sure if I would have
been so happy in the older rooms). I really do
hope that you continue to refurbish this fantastic
hotel to the standard I remembered years ago.

The
staff right up to the General Manager level was
exceptional. I have organised functions for my
company for the past 20 years and have never received
so much support from the hotel staff. Jessie and
her sister were incrediable with the way they
handled our every wimp and fancy. Keep up the
brilliant service and look forward to visiting
with my family.

want to place on record my sincere thanks and
appreciation to all the staff at Selborne - The
service was of the higest quality and i will definetly
come back. The staff were so friendly and accommodating.
Our functions on Firday and Saturday would not
have been a success if it were'nt for the excellent
service and meals and the wonderful venue. My
members were so thrilled and they enjoyed themselves
and i am sure that some of them will use the Hotel
