ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENT

The purpose of this product is to promote the full range of Organisational Development and Behavioural interventions as a standard within the Structured Organisational Renewal Methodology. The methodology provides for a series of best management practices aimed at solving specific organizational issues. The standards applied within such a process are seen as world best practices and knowledge transfer is ensured during the whole project. The methodology is management through phases, which include:
