OUR TEAM

Our team consists of highly qualified and diverse colleagues, possessing Masters and Phd Degrees in the fields of Management, Strategy development, Psychology, Labour Law and Education.

Many of our colleagues also have aquired accredited coaching qualifications, and we have life and business coaches, as well as Master Executive coaches who specialise in coaching on Strategic EXCO ( Executive Committee) and "C" level ( CEO / COO / CFO, and other director levels)

Some of our team members hold EXCO and BOARD member positions themselves, giving them the competetive advantage on that level of coaching.

The Orion Business Solutions team is also responsible for running the Internal Orion Group Coaching Programme, where we coach 9-12 Teams per month, as well as a number of CEO's, directors and Managers on an individual basis.
